The Chalet Blanket pattern was developed during my experimentation with stitch combinations to design a blanket intended as a gift for a dear friend.

Pattern Details
I used a worsted weight #4 yarn and an H size 5mm crochet hook for this pattern, though any yarn and appropriate hook size will work.
This blanket pattern is worked from the bottom up and uses a 9 row repeat to create the overall look.
Blanket size is crocheters choice as the beginning chain is worked in multiples of 3, and the blanket is finished when it reaches the desired length.
Gauge is 4" =12 Rows, and 4" = 17 stitches. I would rate this pattern Easy in pattern difficulty.
All the stitches used are basic crochet stitches, though skipping some stitches, slip stitching, and creating cluster stitches is required. A link for a YouTube tutorial for a cluster stitch is included in the pattern.
